Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and helping prepare sales presentations and outreach materials.

The intern will support customer communication, respond to basic inquiries, and contribute to nurturing prospective and existing client relationships.



Additional tasks may involve coordinating online training sessions or demos, updating CRM entries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support client interactions.
- Interest in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to assist in pipeline tracking and follow-up activities.
- Ability to contribute to Training-related tasks, such as preparing materials and supporting virtual sessions.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital tools is beneficial.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); CRM experience is a plus.
