Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, etc.)
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support in monthly and yearly financial closing
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (like Tally, Excel)
- Valuable understanding of GST and taxation (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling company accounts
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Ability to work under deadlines

As per industry standards / Based on experience

Working Hours
