Role Description The RPA Lead Consultant for Australia Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions that support immigration and visa consulting processes for clients targeting opportunities in Australia.

The role includes analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, creating technical specifications, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement RPA solutions efficiently and securely. The RPA Lead Consultant will mentor junior team members, ensure adherence to best practices, monitor performance of deployed bots, and manage ongoing maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with consulting teams, documentation of processes,



and clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are key aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong RPA skills, including experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and hands-on bot development, testing, and deployment.
- Solid background in process analysis and optimization, with the ability to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting (such as .NET, Java, Python, or VB), and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic databases to support robust automation solutions.
- Experience leading projects or teams, including task prioritization, stakeholder communication, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of or interest in immigration and visa consulting processes, particularly related to Australia, with the ability to understand compliance and documentation requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, along with clear written and verbal communication to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant RPA certifications are highly beneficial.
