About The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank.

In Wheels vertical - Auto Loans (New/ Used Car loans), Commercial Vehicle Loans, Construction Equipment Loans, Two Wheeler Loans and SCF & WCF Loans to offered to an array of customers to meet their personal or business needs. About the Role

.National Sales Manager are a part of the Bank's sales force , responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications and Field marketing in the assigned zone with the help of Zonal Sales Manager, Regional Sales managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers . This team is primarily responsible to manage the customers, service and retain them for the bank and explore new business opportunities. They monitor their team performance and motivate them to achieve the targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

.Manage the Sales Managers and relationship officers to achieve the sales targets across products (Commercial Vehicles Strategic) across the various assigned channels

.To achieve or exceed sales volume, market share, penetration percentage and margins (profitability) in the Zone allocated.

.Review the business productivity - Product Wise Target v/s Achievement Analysis of team.

.Execute Strategic plans and reviews in Sales, prepare and complete action plans in sales and implement sales processes

.Drive a high level of productivity, quality and customer service standards, have a solution oriented approach, help audits and implement and manage change

.Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target for all areas in lines with the assigned business objectives and targets





.Strengthening and building relationship with the various distribution channels (in the assigned Zone)and support periodical dealer reviews

.Identify and analyze market trends, be an effective medium for providing information in competitive intelligence to senior management and suggest new marketing initiatives for respective Zone

.To keep updating on present available finance schemes and to suggest any new schemes as per the geography, product, customer profile and competition

.Drive the team to take the responsibility of collecting all accounts which turn delinquent (as per the assigned DPD buckets) within a stipulated time of disbursement.

.Responsible for leading, guiding and supporting teams of specific regions and getting results as per the set targets and objectives

.Ensure 100% adherence to the compliance of all relevant process guidelines and documentation requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

.Graduation / Post graduation with commercial vehicle loans work experience

.15+ years if sales experience in a retail bank, financial services industry in India, along with strong Commercial Vehicles/ Construction Equipment finance industry

.Sound knowledge of local market and customer base

.Possessing solid customer relationship management skills , with a customer centric approach Role Proficiencies:
