Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for multiple positions including Site Engineers, Architects, Purchase, Business Development, QA/QC, Sourcing, Reception, and related real estate and business support functions. Depending on the specific position, responsibilities may include overseeing site execution and coordination, supporting real estate development activities, managing procurement and vendor relationships, and ensuring quality standards across projects.

Team members may handle client interactions, assist with documentation and reporting, support sales or business operations, and maintain organized reception and front-office processes.



All roles require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to company policies and safety standards, and proactive communication to ensure timely project and business outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with an understanding of property operations and basic regulatory or compliance considerations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Development, including exposure to site coordination, project workflows, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to engage clients, address queries professionally, and support business growth initiatives.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Commerce, or a related field, depending on the specific role.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, documentation tools) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, facilities, or related domains is an advantage; fresh talent with strong aptitude may also be considered.
