Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru South.

The Real Estate

Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their residential and commercial property requirements, conduct property searches, and arrange site visits. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, as well as preparing and presenting proposals. The role involves coordinating with property owners, developers,



and internal teams to manage listings, negotiate terms, and close transactions.

The consultant will also maintain accurate documentation, support property management activities, and participate in client outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups to build and sustain long-term relationships.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and regulatory processes.

Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.

Effective Negotiation abilities to handle pricing, terms, and contracts between clients and property owners.

Experience in Training or mentoring team members on real estate processes and best practices is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.

Comfort working in office, conducting field visits, and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred; prior experience in real estate consulting or brokerage is highly beneficial.
