Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct mandatory technical training programs for GACAEL personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Support Training Needs Identification (TNI) based on regulatory, operational, and organizational requirements.

- Assist in preparing and executing the Annual Training Plan.

- Develop, prepare, and update technical training course content and presentations.

- Coordinate and conduct classroom and practical training sessions.

- Conduct examinations, evaluate trainee performance, and review course feedback.

- Regularly update training materials, examination data, and training records.

- Maintain and improve training procedures, processes, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

- Ensure completion and submission of attendance records, examination results, feedback reports,



and other training documentation.

- Support implementation and enhancement of e-learning systems to improve training effectiveness.

- Review, prepare, and upload continuation training content into the e-learning platform.

- Coordinate with Base Maintenance teams to conduct Actual Setting Practical Training (AEPT).

- Demonstrate maintenance tasks and deliver practical aircraft maintenance training.

- Maintain complete and accurate AEPT records on a day-to-day basis.

- Support the annual training review process and related documentation.

- Liaise with departmental heads to identify training requirements and obtain participant nominations.

- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for technical content preparation and training delivery.

- Interact with training service providers and regulatory authorities whenever required.

- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Training Manager and Head Quality Assurance in accordance with the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other applicable procedures.
