- Manage daily manufacturing activities for Farbe Firma ampoule and vial lines to meet output targets.

- Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules with material availability.

- Monitor machine downtime, line speed, and changeover efficiency.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Oversee in-process quality checks for ampoule sealing integrity, particulate matter, and fill volume accuracy.

- Coordinate line clearance and deviation reporting with the Quality Assurance team.

Team & Resource Management

- Supervise, train, and schedule shift operators and packaging personnel.

- Track raw material and packaging component consumption to prevent shortages.

- Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain clean, orderly cleanroom/production environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
