Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.

- Drive product positioning, pricing, promotion schemes, and demand generation activities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Product Development, Registration, and Marketing teams for product launches and portfolio expansion.

- Develop communication materials, promotional campaigns, and product training programs.

- Track product performance, sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing ROI through MIS and dashboards.

- Gather customer and channel feedback to improve product adoption and market penetration.

Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture with MBA in Marketing/Business Management.

- 6-10 years of experience in Agri Input Product Marketing/Product Management.
