Role & responsibilities

- Own the Zoho One ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, Forms, Sign, and other business applications.

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

- Work closely with implementation partners and vendors to design, implement, and optimize business processes.

- Manage product roadmap, releases, enhancements, and feature prioritization.

- Configure workflows, approvals, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation.

- Drive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and Operations.

- Coordinate integrations between Zoho and third-party applications, including ERP, payment gateways, communication tools, and APIs.

- Monitor system adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.

- Prepare functional specifications, UAT plans, training documentation,



and SOPs.

- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and user access management.

- Act as the internal product owner for all enterprise applications.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation.

- Hands-on exposure to Zoho One implementation is preferred.

- Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or HubSpot.

- Robust understanding of CRM, Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Workflow Automation.

- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
