We are hiring: Plant Head – Frozen Foods Division

Lazito is looking for a performance-driven Plant Head to take complete ownership of our automated French fries and frozen potato specialties manufacturing operations in Ambala.

This role requires a robust leader who can ensure safe, efficient, and profitable plant performance across the full operation — from raw potato intake to processing, freezing, packing, cold storage, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong hands-on experience in a French fries / frozen potato products plant

Deep understanding of production, quality, maintenance, utilities, and cold chain operations

Proven ability to manage yield, recovery, cost, downtime, food safety, and workforce discipline

Strong knowledge of BRCS, HACCP, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, GMP, and EHS compliance

Leadership skills to build a disciplined, accountable, and high-performance plant culture

Key responsibilities include





Leading production, engineering, maintenance, quality, utilities, and warehouse operations

Driving output, efficiency, yield, cost control, and product quality

Managing manpower, shift planning, and preventive maintenance

Ensuring compliance, audits, and food safety standards

Building strong coordination across procurement, sales, and supply chain teams

Candidate profile

10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing

Minimum 5 years in plant leadership

B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field preferred

Experience with an established French fries or frozen potato products manufacturer is highly preferred To apply:
