2–5 Years (Experience in Training & Placement/Academic Institution preferred) Job Location: IMM, New Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Assistant to support the Training & Placement Cell. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, maintaining student and company databases, scheduling interviews, managing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth communication between students and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell for all placement activities.

Maintain accurate MIS reports and placement records.

Manage student databases, placement records, and company databases.

Maintain documentation related to recruiters, Offers & Joining letters of Final Placed students.

Maintain summer internship records and documentation along with offer letters.

Coordinate with students regarding placement drives and internship opportunities.

Inform Students about interview schedules, company visits,



and placement-related updates.

Prepare and send emails, notices, interview invitations, and placement communications to the Students.

Generate placement reports and data for management as required.

Ensure timely follow-up with students regarding placement activities.

Required Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Basic Formulas).

Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong Communication and Coordination skills.

Valuable email drafting and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidential records.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Educational

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
