Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert who will work with toddlers, children, adolescents, and working professionals across domestic and Indian regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging phonics and public speaking sessions, adapting teaching methods to different age groups and learning levels, and using online platforms for live classes and interactive activities.

The role involves designing curricula and lesson plans, creating learning materials and practice exercises, assessing learners’ progress, and providing constructive feedback to build confidence and communication skills. The Expert will collaborate with the academic team to refine programs, maintain learner records,



engage with parents and guardians when appropriate, and ensure a positive, inclusive, and motivating virtual classroom experience.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction and language development for toddlers, children, and early learners.
- Advanced public speaking, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching diverse age groups.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, curricula, and learning activities tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and e-learning resources for remote instruction.
- Excellent classroom management in virtual settings, with skills in engagement, motivation, and positive reinforcement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Good written communication skills for creating instructional content, feedback reports, and learner documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized training or certification in phonics or public speaking is an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching phonics, communication skills, or public speaking to children and/or adults, preferably in online or blended environments.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote teaching.
