Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns and scaling performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and generate daily/weekly reports
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Work closely with the creative and content team for ad creatives




- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR metrics
- Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
