Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Passenger Handling Agent at the airport. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers before,

during, and after their flight.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Check passengers' travel documents and ensure they meet all necessary requirements - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors,

elderly,



and disabled passengers - Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely boarding and deplaning of passengers - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements and updates to passengers - Ensure compliance with airport and airline security procedures - Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the passenger handling process - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Requirements: -

High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50

pounds - Knowledge of airport and airline operations is a plus -
