Dash Agency is a retention marketing agency specializing in email and SMS marketing for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle DTC brands. We're a growing team looking for a detail-oriented part time accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced accountant to handle our bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional who also brings expertise in corporate compliance and can help ensure the agency stays aligned with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records (income, expenses, invoices, reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries
- Process payroll for the team on a regular cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with external CAs, auditors, or consultants as needed
- Flag discrepancies, cash flow concerns, or compliance risks proactively
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits or reviews

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,



Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/CS qualification or working knowledge a strong plus)
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll processing
- Solid understanding of Indian corporate compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, LLP/company filings)
- Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working part-time/remotely with periodic check-ins

Nice to Have
- Experience working with small agencies, startups, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with LLP or private limited company structures
- Experience coordinating with external auditors or company secretaries
