Outreach Associate & Part-Time School Counsellor (Bengaluru)

TherapHeal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and proactive Counselling Psychologist to join our team as an Outreach Associate & Part-Time School Counsellor .

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) A. Outreach Associate

● Manage and coordinate outreach initiatives, collaborations, and projects end-to-end.

● Build and maintain qualified communication with external stakeholders, institutions, collaborators, and partners.

● Handle external liaisoning, networking, timely follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.

● Support B2B outreach, collaboration coordination, and relationship management.

● Coordinate webinars, workshops, internship programmes, professional development initiatives, and outreach activities.

● Ensure timely mailing, communication management, logistics coordination, and operational execution across projects.

● Support preparation of brochures, proposal presentations, PowerPoint presentations, SOPs, and related documents.

● Maintain trackers, reports, documentation, and worklogs within deadlines.

● Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

● Contribute to outreach communication for the website, newsletters, and organisational initiatives.

● Maintain prompt response management and professional communication across projects.

B. School Counsellor

● Visit the assigned school twice a week (5 hours per visit).

● Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.

● Conduct mental health awareness programmes, psychoeducational workshops,



webinars, and training sessions for students, parents, and school staff as required.

● Work collaboratively with school authorities, teachers, and parents to support students' mental health and wellbeing.

● Maintain confidential case documentation and counselling records.

● Prepare and submit monthly student counselling reports and progress updates to TherapHeal.

● Support school mental health initiatives and other wellbeing programmes as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria Essential Requirements

● Master's degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology (or equivalent).

● Prior experience as a School Counsellor is mandatory.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong outreach, networking, stakeholder engagement, and coordination abilities.

● Strong operational, administrative, and project management skills.

● Ability to independently manage multiple projects, timelines, and follow-ups.

● Professional, organised, and responsive in stakeholder communication.

● Comfortable conducting workshops, webinars, and awareness programmes.

● Must be based in Bengaluru .

● Available to join immediately.
