Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) – Willing to travel Muscat (Oman)

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions.

· Solid expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager / Oracle Identity Governance (OIM/OIG) , Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)

· Oracle Internet Directory (OID) ○ Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) ○ Oracle WebLogic Server.

· Implementing experience in Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation Services, Identity Lifecycle Management and LDAP Integration

· You will be responsible of design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on the Oracle Identity Management Suite.

· The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), and enterprise authentication technologies.

· The role is responsible for ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, and compliance across enterprise applications.

· Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) components.

· Manage Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager/Governance (OIM/OIG), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM).

· Administer Oracle WebLogic domains, clusters, deployments,



and middleware services supporting IDAM solutions.

· Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, including: ○ User Provisioning, De-provisioning, Role Management, Access Certification and Identity Reconciliation

· Develop automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.

· Configure approval workflows and identity governance policies.

· Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

· Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation services.

· Implement SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and REST-based authentication services.

· Manage authentication policies, session management, and adaptive access controls.

· Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).

· Enforce least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.

· Conduct access reviews, user certification campaigns, and governance audits.

· Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and organizational security standards.

· Provide Level 3 technical support for Oracle IDAM environments.

· Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, LDAP, WebLogic, and integration issues.

· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

· Monitor system health and proactively resolve operational issues. Documentation & Knowledge Management

· Prepare and maintain architecture diagrams, configuration documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures.

· Document deployment, upgrade, and recovery processes.

· Conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior team members.

· Maintain security and compliance documentation
