Accwise KPO Private Limited is a rapidly growing Accounting & Finance Outsourcing company delivering high-quality accounting, payroll, reporting, and business support services to Australian clients.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager Finance & People who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead our teams, drive employee performance, and support business growth.

This is a leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Lead daily operations across Accounting, Payroll, AP, AR, Reporting and Helpdesk teams.
- Ensure client SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor employee productivity, utilisation and work allocation.
- Review KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Manage resource planning and capacity across multiple clients.
- Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.
- Build scalable operational processes as the company grows.

People Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Manage probation reviews, performance appraisals and annual salary reviews.
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and staff.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leave and workforce planning.
- Create a high-performance, accountable work culture.

Client Management
- Coordinate directly with Australian clients.
- Understand client expectations and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Participate in operational review meetings.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Strategic Support
- Develop SOPs and operational workflows.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Assist the Managing Director with business planning and organisational growth.




- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR or Business Management.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance or HR) preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in Operations, Finance or Outsourcing.
- Experience managing teams of 20–50 employees.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
- Strong people management and performance management experience.
- Experience working with Australian, UK or US clients is highly desirable.
