Role Description The On-Board Wellness Sales Executive (Vande Bharat Express) is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This position focuses on promoting Kurichiyil Ayurveda’s wellness services to passengers on Vande Bharat Express, engaging with travelers, understanding their wellness needs, and presenting appropriate Ayurvedic offerings and retreat packages. The executive will provide clear information on treatments, packages, and AI-powered health monitoring, and support guests with booking and follow-up processes.

Daily responsibilities include active on-board sales, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, coordinating with the hospital’s wellness and operations teams, and ensuring a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented experience for all passengers. Qualifications

Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to identify needs, present solutions, and close wellness package bookings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is an advantage.





Basic understanding of wellness, Ayurveda, or healthcare services, and the ability to explain benefits clearly and responsibly.

Comfort with using digital tools for lead tracking, booking management, and reporting (CRM or similar systems).

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, travel-based environment, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, travel, or healthcare marketing is preferred.

Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; formal training in wellness or Ayurveda is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with train schedules and to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

Languages: Spoken fluency in Malayalam & English is mandatory (additional languages like Hindi are a plus).

Experience: Prior experience in Ayurveda sales, Travel/Hospitality, Cabin Crew/Aviation, or Premium Retail.

Skills: Excellent communication, charming personality, professional grooming, and strong sales drive.
