Looking For Non IT Recruitment Executive - Andheri, Marol Naka Location.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and market intelligence.

Required Skills

- 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
