Shift: US Night shift ( must be comfortable to work Night shift and its work from office)

Must have international experience with B2B collection experience ts 100% work from office ( NO WFH)

**Role & responsibilities :

Manage Order to Cash (O2C/ OTC) Collection process, including Credit Management, O2C Collections, Dispute Management, Collection Management, Credit Collection & B2B Collections with DSO & Portfolio handling experience

Lead Transformation & Transition Management initiatives within the Order to Cash team.

Develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and optimize billing processes.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the Order to Cash cycle

- Managed end-to-end B2B collections, analyzed aging reports, and implemented strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
- Partnered with Finance, Sales,



and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Designed and maintained weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Documented and streamlined workflows, improving compliance and audit readiness.

Led full-cycle collections: ageing analysis, dispute resolution, and daily MIS reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Coordinated across sales, operations, and customer teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, reducing chargebacks and write-offs.

Recovered high-value overdue accounts

Notice Period : must be 0 to 30 days max immediate joiners are very preferred

Preferred candidate profile minimum 3 years of experience in Finance function with expertise in Order To Cash domain with collections with B2B collection experience

Solid understanding of credit management principles and practices.

Candidate must be comfortable with US Shift /Night shifts.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ specially B.com / MBA Finance preferred

5 days working , two days rotational off with pick/ drop male/ female both can apply
