Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

2. Responsible for sustainable Profitability
3. To maintain the Hygiene

4. Recruitment and retention of agents

5. Responsible for Activation

Candidate profile

- Graduation is must

- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales will be preferred

- Freshers can also apply and they must be comfortable with field sales

Locations

- Kirti Nagar

- Noida

Compensation

- Fixed CTC Up to 4 LPA + Local Conveyance + Incentives
