Role Description The Marketing and Management Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities and basic operational management tasks. This internship is a hybrid role, primarily based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work-from-home assignments.

Responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and contributing ideas for promotional content and brand visibility. The intern will help organize photoshoots and video projects, manage social media updates, and assist with simple data tracking or reporting for ongoing initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to both creative production and marketing coordination in a professional environment.

Qualifications

Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand promotion, with the ability to learn basic online campaign tools.

Organizational and time-management skills to support project coordination, scheduling,



and follow-up with clients and team members.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for professional emails, basic client interactions, and internal collaboration.

Creativity and visual awareness to contribute ideas for photoshoots, video content, and advertising concepts.

Comfort with using common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms).

Ability to work in a hybrid setup, attend on-site activities in Lucknow as needed, and manage assigned tasks independently.

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
