Hiring: Market Development Representative – European Markets (Pune)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Shift: European Business Hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) – No Night Shifts

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK and European markets.
- Research target industries, plants, and prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and international calls.
- Present the company's engineering and digital engineering solutions to potential customers.
- Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical sales teams for proposals and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills :

- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).




- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
