Get India to fall in love with diving and the ocean. We're building Kuddle Life Ventures into India's leading blue-economy company. Today that means a scuba diving centre in Pondicherry and environmental services for global clients — and we're just getting started.

Our sister non-profit, Kuddle Life Foundation, is one of India's leading marine conservation organisations, with artificial reefs deployed in Puducherry, Mumbai, and Gujarat. We're hiring our first dedicated marketing person. You'll work directly with the founder, own the marketing function end to end, and grow as we do.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

Use AI tools and sharp creative judgement to do the work of a small marketing team: get India to fall in love with diving and the ocean, own our booking funnel end to end, and tell India's best marine conservation stories. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Google presence for the dive centre — short-form video is the core format The booking funnel end to end: phone, WhatsApp, follow-up, conversion (with the repetitive layer automated)

Local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and dive/travel platform listings

Small-budget performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) which grows the numbers justify it

LinkedIn content supporting our B2B marketing

Impact storytelling for our marine conservation work — reefs, mangroves, coastal communities HOW WE WORK

We're an AI-native workplace. You'll have paid access to Claude and other tools, and we expect them to be your default workflow — AI does the volume, you supply the taste, accuracy, and brand judgement. And taste matters here. Our aesthetic is premium, calm, and honest: documentary, not clickbait. The ocean is dramatic enough — we don't add shouty thumbnails or trending-audio spam on top of it. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





Proven ability to make content people actually watch — we'll judge taste as much as reach

Comfortable on phone and WhatsApp with customers; explicit spoken English and real sales instinct

Hands-on fluency with gen-AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT-class, image generation, AI video editing)

Digital marketing and social media marketing fundamentals; short-form video shooting and editing

Self-directed — this is a one-person function with a hands-on founder Strong plus: spoken Tamil, French, performance marketing experience, photography/videography, being a certified diver — or genuinely keen to become one.
