Manager – Cooperative Societies (CHS Formation) & Compliance

Gaj Group is looking for an experienced Manager – Cooperative Societies (CHS Formation) & Compliance to independently manage the formation, registration, and statutory compliance of Cooperative Housing Societies (CHS) across our residential projects in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end formation and registration of Cooperative Housing Societies under the Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act.
- Prepare and file bye-laws, membership forms, registration applications, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate the First General Body Meeting, Managing Committee elections, and handover of society records, common amenities, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Revenue Authorities, and other Government Departments for timely approvals and compliances.
- Coordinate with allottees/members to collect NOCs, share capital, affidavits, and other required documents.




- Maintain project-wise trackers and ensure timely completion of society formation and statutory compliances.

Requirements

- Must have independently formed and registered at least 5 Cooperative Housing Societies in Gujarat.
- Sound knowledge of the Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act, Rules, Registrar's office procedures, and related statutory compliances.
- Experience with a real estate developer, township, plotting project, or CHS consultancy in Gujarat will be preferred.
- Robust documentation, liaison, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Note: Candidates who have only assisted in society formation and have not independently handled the complete registration process need not apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
