Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of passengers, crew, and airport personnel.
Key Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct security screenings and checks as per airport regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other queries -
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures at all times
- Assist with aircraft marshalling and parking - Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements:
- Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent - Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Benefits:
