Live-In Nanny/Governess Wanted — Dubai & Goa

We are looking for a warm, creative and reliable live-in nanny/governess to support our two girls, aged 6 and 8.

This is not a conventional nanny role. We are a worldschooling family and split our time between Dubai and Goa, so we are looking for someone adaptable, open-minded and happy to be part of a family lifestyle built around learning, travel, creativity and real-life experiences.

The girls love swimming, gymnastics, singing, dance, yoga, mindfulness, art, cooking, nature, animals, stories, Greek myths, Percy Jackson and Harry Potter.

The right person may have a background in gymnastics, singing, dance, piano, yoga, mindfulness, teaching, childcare or creative arts. Formal nanny experience is not essential if you are confident with children, kind, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

The role includes:

- Supporting daily rhythm, routines and calm transitions
- Helping with reading, writing, maths and creative learning
- Taking the girls to swimming, gymnastics, singing and local activities
- Bringing creativity into the day through music, movement, stories, art and play
- Encouraging independence, manners, confidence and emotional regulation




- Supporting sibling harmony and a positive home environment
- Light child-related organisation such as bags, books, clothes and activity prep

Ideal person:

- Live-in role
- Indian passport holder preferred due to regular travel between India and the UAE
- Strong English speaker
- Warm, playful, calm and emotionally mature
- Comfortable travelling and living between Dubai and Goa
- Interested in homeschool, worldschooling, Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio or child-led learning
- Background in gymnastics, dance, singing, piano, yoga or mindfulness would be a big bonus
- Experience is helpful, but attitude, energy and genuine love of children matter most
- Excellent references required

Salary: Dependent on experience
