As a Legal recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process—from understanding client needs to candidate onboarding.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
Experience: 0-1 Years
Job Location: Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab ( ON SITE )
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates, compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.
- Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate updates.
- Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term qualified relationships.
- Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support.
