- Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, including contract drafting and review.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or financial services organization.
- Robust understanding of corporate law, litigation management, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
