Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead – HR for Oil & Gas Company at Nigeria role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Lead – HR will oversee end-to-end human resources functions for Nigeria operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and personnel management in alignment with organizational goals.

The role involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation frameworks, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives, supporting learning and development,



and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. The Lead – HR will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local management to support a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment in a complex oil and gas project setting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification

We are looking for a Lead HR Professional with 15+ years of HR Generalist experience in large Oil and gas Any industry. The candidate should have expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll(Up to 3000), employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, statutory compliance, and organizational development for workforces of up to 3,000 employees .

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills for overseeing end-to-end HR operations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to design, implement, and manage compliant and competitive frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills to handle staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
- Relevant experience in HR leadership roles within oil and gas, energy, or heavy engineering sectors is highly beneficial.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices for international assignments or expatriate workforce management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and cross-border environments.
