We re seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our chemistry laboratory The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry excellent organizational skills and the ability to ensure a safe and efficient working environment Key Responsibilities 1 Manage and maintain laboratory equipment instruments and facilities 2 Ensure compliance with safety protocols regulations and standard operating procedures 3 Supervise and train laboratory staff students or interns 4 Conduct experiments tests and analysis as required 5 Maintain accurate records reports and documentation 6 Coordinate with other departments researchers or clients 7 Develop and implement laboratory procedures protocols and quality control measures 8 Ensure proper storage handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials Requirements 1 BSc in Chemistry or related field 2 Relevant laboratory experience 3 Strong knowledge of chemistry laboratory procedures and safety protocols 4 Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills 5 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1 Experience with laboratory management software 2 Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures 3 Certification in laboratory safety or a related field What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and advantages package 2 Opportunities for professional growth and development 3 Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
