Description: We are currently seeking Ticketing Agents to join our

Ground Staff team at the airport. As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling ticketing and reservation processes for our passengers. Key

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter and check-in desk - Process ticket reservations, changes,

and cancellations - Collect and process payments for tickets and additional services - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and policies - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Provide support to other departments as needed Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work flexible hours,

including weekends and holidays Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The working hours will be based on a rotating shift schedule,

including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
