Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to final delivery.

- Coordinate with customers to understand product specifications, timelines, and commercial requirements.

- Work closely with the design team to develop new jewellery collections and customer-specific products.

- Liaise with production planning, manufacturing, CAD, casting, stone setting, polishing, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Prepare and monitor order plans, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

- Source raw materials including gemstones, diamonds, and findings in coordination with procurement.

- Track order progress and proactively resolve production or supply chain issues.

- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and company standards.

- Coordinate sample development, approvals, and modifications.

- Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and purchase orders as required.

- Maintain accurate merchandising records, order status reports, and inventory information.

- Coordinate shipping documentation and dispatch with logistics teams.

- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to support new product development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising,



Jewellery Design, or a related field.

- Diploma or certification in Jewellery Merchandising or Gemology is an advantage.

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, manufacturing, exports, or retail.

- Experience in gold, diamond, gemstone, silver, or fashion jewellery is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewellery components.

- Excellent communication and customer management skills.

- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising software.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
