Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates (up to 1 year of experience)
- Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills required
Salary:
- Freshers: 3.5 LPA
- Experienced (1 Year): Up to 6.75 LPA (Based on interview performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Voice/Chat.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Shift & Work Schedule:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
