We are looking for an Infor Consultant to work for a leader in the consulting industry. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Infor Technical Consultant with strong experience in GHR/FSM designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Infor-based enterprise applications. The role will focus on technical configuration, customization, reporting, data migration, and system integration across Infor platforms to support business and operational needs.

Additional Responsibilities will include the following:

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Infor GHR and FSM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Provide technical leadership for Infor application enhancements, customizations, and system integrations.

- Develop and support interfaces between Infor applications and third-party systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and integration tools.

- Configure business processes, workflows, forms, security roles, and application extensions within the Infor ecosystem.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytics solutions to support operational and leadership reporting needs.

- Lead data migration, data conversion, and data validation activities for system implementations and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing ongoing production support and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop technical documentation including design specifications, integration mappings, deployment guides, and support procedures.

- Support system upgrades, patching activities, testing, and release management processes.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards across all Infor solutions.





- Participate in project planning, estimation, solution design reviews, and implementation activities.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-8 years as an Infor Consultant

- Hands-on experience with Infor Process Automation/Landmark Configuration Console/LPL/ION flow

- Strong understanding of Infor technical architecture, APIs, integration tools, and extensions

- Experience with SQL, database objects, stored procedures, and data analysis

- Experience with middleware / integration development, web services, APIs, XML/JSON

- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools used in Infor environments

- Experience in technical design, customization, and support of enterprise applications

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work across technical and functional teams

- Robust documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
