- Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in BPO.
- Should have been designated as a Team Lead for at least 2 years on papers.
- Experience in Telecom domain is mandate.
- Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
- Should have been experience in Tele sales and retention is mandatory
- Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilization formulas.
- Candidate should be positive in communication.
- Notice Period - Immediate Joiner (or) 30 days
