What would you be doing
- Develop recipes emphasizing clean labels and nutritional benefits
- from a nutrition first prespective
- Conduct comprehensive research on micro and macro nutrients'' impact on taste and nutrition labels.
- Thoroughly investigate ingredients and flavors for optimal product utilization.
- Maintain meticulous records of all research and data relevant to product development.
- Conduct periodic on-site visits during batch production to ensure quality standards (only one site in Ahmedabad).
- Conduct market and product research to assess competitive products.
What do we look for in your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science & nutrition from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in the food industry.
- Potential to convert to full time.
