Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage daily HR operations activities. The role requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, and process-driven execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment in the IT or Banking domain
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including preboarding, onboarding, Induction, documentation, and exit formalities including cases of Voluntary abandonment of services
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle HRMS and other automation tool implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.




- Coordinate with vendors/IT teams for HRMS enhancements and issue resolution
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Address day-to-day employee queries and communications related to Attendance, payroll and HR operations
- Manage Process Audits & related Compliances
- Maintain statutory records and ensure audit readiness
- Manage end to end employee claims & benefits administration - Insurance, Meal card, NPS etc.
- Prepare MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll metrics
- Provide insights through HR data analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with business teams, recruitment teams and external vendors to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Ensure overall timely & effective HR service delivery to employees and leaders.
