Shift Details:

For Female: Day Rotational SHift

For Male: Rotational Shift Including Night Shift

Week Off: Rotational Week OFF

Salary: 15K - 21K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding banking services
- Provide transparent and accurate information on accounts, transactions, and services
- Log customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet daily call handling targets and maintain service quality

Education: Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Fresher / Experience Both Can Apply

Skills:

- V3-level communication (clear, polite, and professional)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Languages:

- English (average level acceptable)
- Hindi or regional language preferred
