Job Opening: Travel Consultant GDS Process (Hopper Fulfilment)
We are hiring experienced professionals for the Hopper Fulfilment Travel Process at our Thane office.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle travel-related customer queries and fulfilment requests using GDS platforms.
- Book, modify, and manage domestic and international travel reservations.
- Deliver accurate and timely travel solutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in the travel domain with extensive GDS knowledge.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus and/or Sabre.
- Excellent English communication skills (only Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 communication levels will be considered).
- Candidates must reside within the approved IBU transport boundaries of Thane.
Shift & Working Schedule:-
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Thane)
- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Up to 42,000 in-hand per month, depending on the candidate's last drawn salary and overall experience.
Note: Date of Joining (DOJ) will be communicated separately. Only candidates meeting the mandatory GDS and communication requirements will be considered.
