• Regulatory Compliance: Hands-on management of GST, TDS, and tax coordination, with strong focus on compliance calendars and risk mitigation.
• Management Reporting & Cashflow Visibility : Building actionable MIS, variance analysis, receivable/payable tracking, and forward-looking cashflow insights for better decision-making.

CA / Inter with solid experience in Taxation / GST / ZOHO or SAP Finance/ Tally

1. Accounting fundamentals (P&L;/BS/cashflow)

2. Reconciliations discipline (bank/ledger/intercompany)

3. GST + TDS practical handling

4. Ability to interpret numbers + spot anomalies

5. MIS quality (clarity, decision usefulness)

6. Systems comfort (Zoho/Tally / ERP mindset).

7. Ownership + work ethic (commute, deadlines, intensity)

8. Communication (can explain numbers to non-finance leaders)

9. Has used any AI tools
