Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Nagpur

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry: Insurance Broking / Life Insurance / General Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and develop Agency Partners/Advisors

Build and manage a strong Agency Channel distribution network

Drive Life, General, and Health Insurance business through the Agency Channel

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets

Conduct regular training sessions and ensure continuous partner engagement

Monitor productivity, lead conversions, and business performance

Coordinate with Underwriting, Operations, and Claims teams for seamless support

Analyze market trends and prepare MIS reports for business tracking

Eligibility

Graduate (Mandatory)

5+ years of experience in Insurance Distribution / Channel Sales





Experience in handling Agency, POSP, or Broker channels is preferred

Solid knowledge of the local insurance market and distribution ecosystem

Excellent networking, leadership, and relationship management skills
