Role :

- Electrical Design: Lead the design, schematic creation, and layout preparation of control panels, junction boxes, and full-machine wiring systems using AutoCAD/SolidWorks Electrical.
- Automation & Testing: Handle parameter settings for AC Drives, sensors, and actuators; conduct robust electrical IO testing during machine build-up.
- Documentation & Compliance: Own the creation of electrical Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, user manuals, and technical files for CE Certification.
- Client Success & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex electrical issues for machines on the production floor and occasionally travel to customer sites for critical installations and support.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Manage inventory accuracy for electrical components via the ERP system and initiate technical purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end electrical schematic design and layout for high-end printing machinery, control panels, and junction boxes using SolidWorks Electrical / AutoCAD.
- Drafting knowledge of electrical wiring diagram of Panel and Machines.
- Preparation of Schematic layout of Panel, junction box and electrical material.
- Program, configure, and optimize AC Drives, sensors, and advanced electrical actuators for precision machine performance.
- Conduct advanced IO testing, panel inspection, and validation of newly built machinery to ensure global compliance standards (e.g., CE Certification)
- Electrical IO testing of the machine,



Parameter setting of the AC Drives, Sensors and electrical actuators.
- Inspection of machines electrical panels, wiring.
- Checking and maintaining the stock of electrical material and place an order for same.
- Handling and maintaining the electrical service-related issue in ERP system.
- Preparation of the various electrical documents (Machine user manual/ electrical drawing/electrical BOM list/CE Certification).
- Provide high-level technical oversight for plant infrastructure (Power backups, Compressors).
- Travel for machine installation or to attend the machine related issue at customer site.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Good knowledge of varying tool types and their uses
- Valuable problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize own time and workload
- Proficient in SolidWorks-Electrical/AutoCAD
