Role & responsibilities

A). Make outbound and receive inbound calls for property seekers.

B). Understand customer requirements and explain company services & property offerings.

C). Convince and follow up with prospects to generate site visits and sales opportunities.

D). Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the Sales department.

E). Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

F). Coordinate with sales and site teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in tele calling (Real Estate/Channel Partner)

Sales Orientation: Robust persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Customer Handling: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
