Critical Skills You Bring

End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Hands-on ownership of the entire employee journey—from frictionless day-one onboarding and shift alignments to daily engagement, performance tracking, and smooth offboarding.

Shift and Roaster Management:



Expert in managing the team shift rotations (India-US, midday shift) logistics and required Infrastructure.

Peak-Season Resource Management: Deep experience managing workload capacity and scheduling during peak international tax months while maintaining a highly fair, supportive floating holiday system.

HR Software Automation: High proficiency in configuring and managing everyday HRIS and task routing platforms like GreyTHR, Keka, and Zoho Relevant Skills and Experience that we are looking for

Experience & Background

Relevant Track Record: 4 to 9 years of core people operations, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations experience within a rapid-growing financial KPO, ITES, or professional consulting setup.

Scale Experience: A proven track record of designing internal operations, shift rosters, and culture frameworks that help a knowledge-worker team scale smoothly from a double-digit employee mark.

Technical

Skills & Systems Operations

Modern HR Tech: High familiarity with cloud-based HRIS tools, automated task-routing systems, project tracking platforms, and workforce capacity planning software.

Data-Driven Operations: Commercially aware and highly comfortable using dashboards or spreadsheets to track core HR metrics like Time-to-Productivity, Retention Rates, and Shift Attendance Trends.
