Hiring: Head of Sales & Marketing – Industrial Products / HVAC

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office – GNT Road, Erukkanchery)

Experience: 20–25 Years

Industry: Industrial Products / HVAC / Fans / Electric Motors / Engineering Components

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead key account management and build solid customer relationships.
- Drive brand positioning through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer service teams.
- Represent the organization at industry events and customer meetings.

Mandatory Skills

- 20–25 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Industrial Products, HVAC, Industrial Fans, Ventilation, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, Pumps, or Engineering Components.




- Strong experience in OEM Sales and B2B Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business development, strategic planning, and key account management skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of German or other foreign languages is a plus.
- Experience in multinational manufacturing organizations preferred.
