Position: Enterprise Strategic Alliance Manager – Regional Sales
Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience Required: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, Channel Sales, or Partner Management.
- Proven experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners, channel partners, system integrators, and alliance networks to drive business growth.
- Solid expertise in lead generation, revenue generation, partner acquisition, partner enablement, and partner relationship management.
- Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR enterprise market with an established network among corporates,



consultants, channel partners, and technology partners.
- Experience in selling Enterprise Software, ERP, Accounting Software, HRMS/HRIS, Payroll Solutions, Tax & Compliance Software, SaaS, or other B2B technology solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and achieve regional business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
