Role & responsibilities

Job Profile:

- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains & client Management.
- Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conducting cold calls,mapping, and headhunting exercises for niche and CXO-level roles.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.
- Leading executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates matching client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor and MBA
- 5- 10 years of experience in End to End Recruitment & Client Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit clients.
- Robust relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
